Let us know if you are having any mechanical difficulties with your unit within 90 days of purchase. Call us at 1-877-276-1526 and we will help you figure out what is wrong. If needed we will diagnose your problems and send you the replacement parts. Again this is a 90 day warranty is for manufacturing defects only, it does not guarantee you will like vaporizing marijuana.

Vapors from the Vapohead vaporizers are harder to see than traditional smoke. To double check that you are vaping hold the glass jar to a light bulb or flashlight. With the extra light you should be able to see the swirling vapors.

We have high quality standards and if your unit doesn’t get to you in perfect condition we will replace any broken parts.
