Assembling your Vapohead Vaporizer

Congratulations on your choice of a Vapohead vaporizer! Below is the online instructions for assembling your vaporizer. Your unit should have an owner’s guide with it, but we’ve added this online just in case.

 

How to Assemble your Vapohead Vaporizer.

 

1. Gently take the contents out of the package. You should have the following pieces:
1.1. Glass globe with rubber seal.
1.2. Acrylic body in the color you ordered.
1.3. Base with electrical cord, two screws, and the heating stem with rubber      seal.
1.4. Two ceramic bowls
1.5. Plastic tube with mouthpiece
1.6. Cloth storage bag.
(You vaporizer ships partly assembled, take the body off the base so you can follow the instructions on how to install the bowl.).

 

2. Carefully remove one of your ceramic bowls from the special styrofoam holder. (Since our bowls are breakable you may want to store your extra in this original holder)

 

3. Place the stem of your ceramic bowl into the shaft of the silver heating “pole”. Once the bowl is inserted take a Phillips screwdriver and tighten just until the bowl stem is snug. Be careful, do not overtighten.

4. To attach the hose and mouthpiece to the unit put the larger end of the hose onto the “nipple” that protrudes from the top deck of your Vapohead vaporizer. (Hint: if you run hot water over the end of the hose it will become soft and pliable.)

6. You are almost ready to use your vaporizer. The next step is priming the unit to remove any factory manufacturing residue. Leave the glass globe off the top and plug the unit in. Let is warm up for 7 – 10 mins, make sure that the red diode light is shining. Unplug and let cool.
