How Weed Vaporizers Work?

 

 

 

At Vapohead we use convection vaporizers. This type of vaporizer slowly and gently heats the herb to release the moisture and oil vapor that carries the potent materials. Because our special ceramic bowls heat more evenly than metal (and without the metal aftertaste and fumes), we have one of the best convection vaporizers on the market. This form of consumption, often called vaping, is also healthier than burning because it doesn’t produce carcinogens and tar.

 

Even if your herb is dry, it still contains moisture and will work with our units. You will be able to see the moisture swirling around in the air in the glass dome on top of your vaporizer. Ideally you want to leave your marijuana heating for 2 – 3 minutes, then unplug you device to allow it to cool down. For most products this is the sweet spot where you extract all the moisture, but don’t start scorching the herb. Your herb will most likely have a somewhat nutty flavor. If it starts to taste differently, it’s time to empty the bowl.
