Dear Folks,

Thank you SO much for your incredible customer service as well as your compassionate way of treating me. I ordered my vaporizer on Monday and recieved it Friday, of course I live on the Oregon Coast and I imagine it would take longer for the vaporizer to arrive elsewhere in the states, I’m impressed! Also, the fact that you went ahead and mailed the vaporizer and trusted that I would mail you a check was most impressive. I thank you VERY much for that. But most of all, I thank you for putting out a “quality” product, that works really well. I have a ‘green card’ for medical marajuana (legal, here in Oregon) and the vaporizer is not only easy on my lungs (!) it enhances the effect of the marajuana on my chronic pain. I already take opiates and my doctor actually suggested I try the vaporizer, and try to reduce my intake of oxycontin. (I take 260mgs every 24 hours) I have reduced my night time dose by 20mgs already, and look forward to trying to reduce my opiates more, over time, slowly. Thank you SO MUCH!

Got my new unit, thanks for the slack. How surprised I was to see that it is almost a completely different product, a better class of design and production then my previous unit, smaller and easier to clean, way to go.

Me and my friend recently bought one of your amazzing vaporizers and the service was great! We accidently sent away for the wrong vaporizer and your personally called us and sent the right kind with no extra charge. We also sent by cash and our order went as good if not better than with charge or check. Most of the people who write are using your vaporizers for medicinal purposes and I think thats amazing that you help them but me and my friend just use herb for our own pleasure sorry if you didn’t intended your product to do.
